I began working at Blackbaud in 1999 in Customer Support. I joined the User Education team in 2000 and I primarily write documentation for Blackbaud NetCommunity and Blackbaud Internet Solutions, but I have also authored content for Blackbaud Enterprise CRM and The Raiser’s Edge 7.
