For over ten years, I've worked with Arts & Cultural organizations to streamline operations, better understand their supporters, and utilize data to make business decisions. I currently serve as a Product Manager for Blackbaud’s App Engines team and I've played significant roles in Customer Support, Program Management, and Product Development during my tenure at Blackbaud. I also have experience in a consulting role, implementing and supporting ticketing systems and other mission-critical applications for Arts & Cultural organizations and beyond. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University.
