Matt Crawford

I have been with Blackbaud since 2006, when I started supporting our Financial Edge, Education Edge, and Student Billing, and RMS. In 2008, I started an 8-month assignment as Customer Support Manager of our Blackbaud Pacific office. Upon my return to the U.S., I started working with Blackbaud CRM and Direct Marketing, and I am currently a Product Lead for these products.
