I started at Blackbaud in 2008 as a technical writer on the Products User Education team. I’m currently the lead writer for The Raiser’s Edge 7, and also on teams for other products such as Altru and Enterprise CRM. When I’m not creating user education material like user guides, videos, quick reference guides, etc., you can find me on the soccer field, the golf course, running down a country road, or perhaps sampling some craft beer at a local watering hole.
