I am the Programme Manager for Blackbaud’s European operation. In this role, I help determine new product offering potential and works as a liaison between Blackbaud’s products team and the European marketplace. I've worked with The Raiser’s Edge in a variety of roles for the past nine years and have first-hand experience with implementing, delivering and supporting the solution. I was also previously principal consultant in the UK for The Information Edge ™ and Blackbaud ® NetCommunity ™.
