Chat Support for Blackbaud CRM
We are very excited to announce a new support offering for Blackbaud CRM: Chat Live! Our hope is that with this offering we will be able to kick start our troubleshooting efforts and resolve your questions even faster than we’ve been able to in the past.
How does it work?
When you have a question or are looking for some guidance in the product our new Chat Live service is the perfect complement to our other support offerings. Before starting your Chat Live session, it’s still very helpful to have all the requisite information gathered. For more guidance on the type of information that is helpful when working with support, please review How to troubleshoot BBEC in Knowledgebase.
From our website’s home page you can select Support and there will be a ribbon across the bottom of the options that will allow you to navigate to our Chat Live page.
You’ll be presented with a menu, and you can choose Chat now:
You can also go directly to the Chat Support landing page:
Select Chat now using IM and you’ll be presented with the following menu:
Enter your information, making sure to select Blackbaud CRM as the product. When you click submit, your request will be forwarded to the first available analyst. We will create a case on your behalf and work with you to resolve your question or problem.
You will still be able to call the Support Hotline and create a case on Case Central, but we are excited about this new option. We are looking forward to working with you to kick start our troubleshooting. Try it today and let us know what you think!
