New Features Guide

Before you upgrade and begin to use Blackbaud CRM 2.93, take a moment to review the information in the New Features Guide. The guide highlights new features and changes to existing features. It is important to share this information with CRM users in your organization.

User Guides

On our Blackbaud CRM How-to Documentation page, we updated all the user guides. We even created a new user guide, The Queue Guide! Previously, you found the queue content in The Administration Guide but we pulled the information into its own guide for easier access.

Help File

In your Blackbaud CRM software, we also updated your help file. While working in the software, click the help icon to open an extensive help file. Type keywords in the help file’s search field to find specific information about a process or function.
