New Technical Guides and Reference Materials for CRM SDK or Internet Solutions Developers!

Below is a summary of new content which supports the 2.93 release -

With each release of Blackbaud CRM we update our Infinity Technical References.  For 2.93 we have updated:

• Subject Area ERDs including new Financial Transaction ERDs
• OLTP Database Reference
• Data Warehouse OLAP Reference
• Data Warehouse Database Reference

New Blackbaud Data Warehouse Content to support DW/OLAP Extensibility:

• Create a New Extensions Solution
• Revisions Project Template
• SSIS Packages Project Template
• OLAP Wizards and Template Project

New Custom UI Model content will help you build dialog screens that complement and support complex data forms as well as Web Shell batch data entry.

Custom Actions allow you to create actions that go beyond the pre-defined action types (search for a record, display a page, open a data form, etc.) provided by the platform.

We’ve include documentation for JavaScript which is used to create the behavior for custom actions and enhance data forms in the rare event the platform functionality does not provide a good answer and your design cannot be tweaked to fit into the parameters of the platform.

There’s a ton of new content to help convert and build Web Shell batches including:
