Update to jQuery Library in Upcoming Versions of Blackbaud NetCommunity

Starting with version 6.40, Blackbaud NetCommunity will include version 1.5 of the jQuery Library, a concise JavaScript library. Currently, the software is using version 1.3.2 and web developers who are creating JavaScript customizations for Blackbaud NetCommunity should consider testing their work on version 1.5 in preparation for any future upgrades.

I need to use the LightBox plugin to jQuery, but it uses the 1.7.1 version of jQ. Loading multiple version of jQ is problematic. How can I alter the version used? I see 1.2.6 and 1.3.2 are being loaded already.
