Add Your Organization’s Phone Number to Credit Card Statements in Blackbaud Sphere

Organizations now have the ability to include their phone number on their supporters’ credit card statements (instead of the Blackbaud call center support line number). That way, if supporters have questions about charges on their statements, they can contact the organization directly, giving you another opportunity to thank them for their support.

To change the phone number that is listed, simply access your account set up page and type your phone number in the “Donor Inquiry Phone Number” field. This field is located below the existing local account Soft Descriptor field:
