I’ve spent most of my professional career working with nonprofits and their technology needs and have gained a tremendous appreciation for the operational challenges nonprofits face. I’ve worked with a variety of nonprofits as well as a variety of departments inside of these organizations. Currently, I’m serving as product manager for ResearchPoint.

My background is in fundraising from V&A and Tate in London, where I gained experience in major gifts, trusts, corporate partnerships, annual fund, and of course databases. I later spent seven years consulting for not-for-profits around Europe for Blackbaud. I’m now in charge of product management for Blackbaud Fundraising CRM systems across Europe.

I began my career with Blackbaud in July of 2010 as a Financial Edge support analyst. Since that time, I have cross-trained to and supported both FundWare and The Education Edge. I am currently the Product Support Lead for FundWare.
Greg-Hart Greg Hart, Enterprise Support Manager
I started at Blackbaud as a Raiser’s Edge analyst in 2004. I later served as a Technical Account Manager for some of our first Enterprise CRM customers, including Heifer International and March of Dimes. Currently, I manage the Analytics Support team.
Jennifer-Leavitt Jennifer Leavitt, Arts & Cultural Consultant, Altru
I am a consultant on Team Altru with a background in fine and performing arts. I received my Master’s Degree in Organizational Change Management from the New School where I focused largely on non-profit organizations managing technology. That knowledge helps me daily while assisting our Altru customers.
Jeff-Heffner Jeff Heffner, Altru Product Support Lead
I’m a product support lead for Altru and was one of the original members of the Arts & Cultural Support team. I came to Blackbaud after many years of testing software for nonprofit BINGO halls in the US and Europe. I’ve worked extensively with ticketing and have helped write and implement numerous custom reports and customizations for The Patron Edge.

I started with Blackbaud in January of 2009 as a Customer Support Analyst working with The Education Edge and Student Billing. Currently, I’m working exclusively with Advantage Priority customers that use The Education Edge, Student Billing, and RMS.

I’m a senior product support lead for Altru, and one of the original members of the Altru Support team. I started with Blackbaud in 1999 as a member of The Raiser’s Edge Support team. Later, I served as the product lead for The Raiser’s Edge helping our customers with their fundraising needs.

I joined the Altru team in March 2012, leaving behind the late nights of the music business. My background in event management, marketing and ticketing in the arts and cultural community led me to pursue a career with Blackbaud as Altru’s Community Manager.

I started working at Blackbaud in support in October of 2011. I was trained on The Financial Edge and still support that product as a Senior Customer Support Analyst. I work closely with our team managers and support leads to assist clients using The Financial Edge.

I joined Blackbaud in 2010 as a bilingual eTapestry support specialist. I have a background in Spanish and Communications. I have an English Mastiff and three horses that spend most of their day dining (I also call it mowing) on the five acres I live on. I enjoy horseback riding, camping and reading – usually all at the same time.

I started working in eTapestry Support in 2010 and am currently a support specialist. I have a degree in Graphic Design, but oil is my favorite medium. I’m also a trained silversmith and engraver who loves taking new and old ideas and infusing them into something hip and trendy.

I started at Blackbaud as a Raiser’s Edge analyst in 1999 and worked as a Raiser’s Edge/NetCommunity consultant and trainer as well as in Solutions Engineering and Project Management. I left Blackbaud in 2009 to work at University of Glasgow and returned to in 2010 as a CRM analyst.
