Blackbaud.com Logins and User Roles

If you use our software, we encourage you to have a Blackbaud.com login so you can access the secure resources on our award-winning support website. Your Blackbaud.com login is different from your software or hosting login; if you need your user name or password, let us know online and we’ll automatically email it to you. If you don’t already have a login for our website, your site administrator can invite you to create one–instructions are on Site Administrators.

Once you’ve logged into our website, take a moment to verify your information is up-to-date in your profile, which you can reach by clicking your name at the top of any Blackbaud.com page. You can also request user roles that help to define your position within your organization and affect your rights on Blackbaud.com.

Manage Roles

All user roles (e.g., Raiser’s Edge User) have full rights to our online support resources (including Knowledgebase, Case Central and Downloads) based on your organization’s products and maintenance subscription. Additional website rights are available for site administrators, training administrators and primary contacts–check back during the next two weeks when we’ll go over those roles in more detail.
