Hosted Customers Can Now Unlock User Licenses and Optional Modules

After you purchase additional user licenses or optional modules for Blackbaud software, you activate them using an unlock code. This code may be provided by your account manager, or you can generate the code online yourself using the Unlock Code Generator.

We’re pleased to announce hosted customers can now follow the same process to unlock user licenses and optional modules:

1. Log into the software as Supervisor.
2. Select Tools, Unlock Optional Modules.
3. Enter the unlock code in all capital letters and click OK.
4, ALL users must exit and sign out of the hosted software. After they log in again, the new user licenses or optional modules will be available.
