Introducing the Faculty Access for the Web How-to Videos

In the just released Faculty Access for the Web 7.83, we introduced many new features in the program. We also realized we wanted to do a better job of helping you support your teachers, advisors, and staff as they use the program. One of the great new help resources we added for this release are the How-to Videos. These short videos provide training on new features and on tasks that may be more difficult to understand. The videos we create are based on your input, and your contact with Customer Support. We have three new videos ready now and we’ll continue to add videos in the coming weeks and months.
