2011 Connecticut State Tax Changes
Beginning August 1, 2011, the method used to calculate Connecticut state taxes will change; these changes will be implemented in The Financial Edge 7.82 patch 24, which will be available for download later this week.
If you have employees who are subject to Connecticut state tax, we recommend that you update to patch 24 after you have processed all of your calculations through the end of July; this will ensure the final calculations prior to the new changes are based on the proper tax calculation method.
To make the required changes, follow these steps:
1. Download and install patch 24.
2. Create a new State tax table for Connecticut with an Effective date of 08/01/11.
