Whether you’re new to Blackbaud or have been with us a while, we encourage you to review our Customer Guide, which includes everything you need to know about Blackbaud and Support! We regularly update the guide and recently added new information to Online Support Resources (p. 6), Training Options (p. 11) and our phone menu (p. 14).
