Supervisor Password Resets for The Patron Edge

Have you ever changed the Supervisor password one day and then completely forgotten what it was the next? Or had the person who maintained the Supervisor password leave your organization? Or had one of the countless other scenarios that would result in needing to reset the Supervisor password? In the past, this would have required that you talk to a Support analyst and fill out a form before you were sent a utility. Well no more!!!

I’m pleased to announce that the Supervisor Password Rest Utility is now available on the Blackbaud website for The Patron Edge, The Patron Edge Online, and The Patron Edge Kiosk! Primary contacts and site administrators can go to the Downloads section of our website (Support>Downloads) to download the reset utility without contacting Support. We hope this make life a little easier if you ever forget/need that password. We also updated Knowledgebase solution BB103119, in case you go searching for the instructions later.
