Quick Question? Use Chat Support

Chat support for The Raiser’s Edge is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and is a great way to get a fast response for quick questions.

To initiate a chat session, log into Blackbaud.com and then click the chat image on one of these pages: Case Central, Support, or Contact Us. Enter your name, organization name, site ID, and question, and one of our analysts will respond.

    I cannot find the “chat image” on these pages. Is this feature ready yet?

      Sorry this wasn’t clear earlier–you’ll need to be logged into Blackbaud.com to see The Raiser’s Edge chat image (if your organization has The Raiser’s Edge). On the Support home page, the chat image displays below the Ask a Question box.

      If you’re not sure what your login is, you can click the link below, enter your email address and click Submit to receive your Blackbaud.com user name and a link to reset your password:

    Can you run a query on constituents who have made a gift in the last 3 years, without the query showing all gifts made in the last 3 years by that particular constituent?
