  1. I cannot find the “chat image” on these pages. Is this feature ready yet?

  2. Sorry this wasn’t clear earlier–you’ll need to be logged into Blackbaud.com to see The Raiser’s Edge chat image (if your organization has The Raiser’s Edge). On the Support home page, the chat image displays below the Ask a Question box.

If you’re not sure what your login is, you can click the link below, enter your email address and click Submit to receive your Blackbaud.com user name and a link to reset your password:

  3. Can you run a query on constituents who have made a gift in the last 3 years, without the query showing all gifts made in the last 3 years by that particular constituent?

  4.  You can create a case on Case Central and an analyst will assist you with your question: https://www.blackbaud.com/casecentral/createacase.aspx

  5. I have 2 stock gifts that are not showing up on a cash receipts canned report. Does anyone know how to enter these so that they will show up?

    thank you for your help

  6. Hi Barb!

The Cash Receipts Journal will only include those gift types of cash and any sort of pay-cash gifts (these are actual cash donations received by your organization). Gift types of stock/property are not considered cash gifts. If you use a stock/property to pay an existing pledge, once applied it will become a Pay Stock/property. This gift type would be available to include in the Cash Receipts Journal. Here’s more on how to apply stock/property gifts:

How to apply a stock gift towards a pledge before selling the stock

How to apply the sale amount of a stock gift to a pledge and not just the original gift amount

I hope this is helpful! If you need further help, I’d suggest you create a case on Case Central or check out our Chat Support.
