We’re very excited to bring you The Raiser’s Edge 7.92!

It is important to us that you have what you need to use the new features in The Raiser’s Edge 7.92, so we’ve put together a comprehensive set of resources. Everything you need to be successful can be found in The Raiser’s Edge Customer Resource Center. Here’s just a sample of what you’ll find there:

• Register for Webinars: We’re offering clients more free webinars!
• Upgrade Overview (if you host The Raiser’s Edge on-premise): Watch the educational video to get an overview of the update process so you can be prepared before you download the release, then sign up for a live Q&A session to have a Blackbaud expert answer your questions.
• Giving Score How-To: Watch the educational video to learn what The Giving Score is, how to run it, and how to use the results it in The Raiser’s Edge, then sign up for a live Q&A session to have a Blackbaud expert answer your questions.
• Giving Score Best Practices: Once you’ve upgraded to 7.92, attend these ongoing monthly webinars to learn how to put The Giving Score to work for your mission.
• Training: You have over 80 Start Learning video tutorials available to you as part of your maintenance, and we’ve added even more to help you be successful with 7.92. We also offer instructor-led classes with hands-on practices and interaction with an instructor and your peers, check out Blackbaud Learn — it’s now more valuable than ever.

Getting the Update
If you use Blackbaud’s Application Hosting for The Raiser’s Edge:

We have established an application hosting rollout plan for this release and have added additional maintenance windows to accelerate this process. We expect to have all customers updated to The Raiser’s Edge 7.92 by the end of July 2012. You will receive another communication approximately 5 days before your assigned maintenance window to let you know when to expect your upgrade to occur.

If you host The Raiser’s Edge on-premise:
