Last month, we posted information on changes to The Raiser’s Edge 7.92 including changes to constituent search, duplication criteria and constituent registration.

This week: Resource Centre

As well as the improvements to the products, we have also been busy making changes to the documentation on our website.  We have implemented a new Resource Centre (Resource Center in North America) which can be accessed from the upper-right hand corner of The Raiser’s Edge.

The resource centre provides a new landing base for The Raiser’s Edge users and has links to the following:

  • What’s New in 7.92: Providing walkthroughs, including brief videos on all new functionality in the latest version.
  • BlackbaudKnowHow: The online support blogging resource provided to share our expertise with our customers. (You obviously already know about this one!)
  • Blackbaud Start Learning:  NEW in 7.92! Providing over 80 FREE online training videos covering fundamental skills you need for your Blackbaud solutions.
  • User Voice: NEW in 7.92! A forum for Raiser’s Edge users to suggest ideas for the product discovery process, as well as vote and comment on each other’s ideas.
  • Knowledgebase: Still the primary resource for our customers, providing resolutions to thousands of your questions.
  • Forums:  The gathering place for everyone in the non-profit community to exchange ideas, be it industry or product related.
  • Product Discovery:  Your opportunity to nominate yourselves to be involved in Product Development.
  • The Blackbaud Index:  Providing up-to-date data on fundraising trends.
